Start with the sprinkler you own
Basic Sprinklers water four adjacent tiles, Quality Sprinklers cover the surrounding 3 × 3 ring, and Iridium Sprinklers cover the surrounding 5 × 5 ring. The selector keeps the range visible while you plan.

Plan my Greenhouse ↓Greenhouse sprinkler planner
Pick a sprinkler, then click the 10 × 12 greenhouse grid. The planner counts plantable, watered, and dry tiles without sending your layout anywhere.
The suggestion uses a deterministic coverage search for this greenhouse grid; it is a starting layout, not a claim that every farm map has one perfect pattern. Sprinkler tiles are not counted as crop spots. Paths, Junimo Chests, and fruit trees are outside this first version.

Greenhouse layout decisions
The Greenhouse has a fixed 10 × 12 tillable area. This planner turns sprinkler range into a visible grid so you can spot dry corners, count lost crop tiles, and leave room for the paths or trees you actually want.

Toggle Pressure Nozzle when you are planning with the 1.6 upgrade. The grid recalculates the expanded reach instead of leaving you to count tiles by eye.
The automatic layout searches the small Greenhouse grid for high coverage, then leaves every tile editable. Move a sprinkler to make room for paths, a Junimo Chest, or a preferred crop pattern.

How the plan is made
The Greenhouse starts with 120 tillable tiles. Each sprinkler occupies one tile, leaving the rest as crop spots.
Coverage counts each in-bounds crop tile once, even when two sprinklers overlap. Overlap hits remain visible so you can refine a crowded layout.
Any plantable tile outside every footprint is marked dry. Add or move a sprinkler until the result matches the layout you want to play.

Common questions
The Greenhouse has a 10 × 12 tillable area, so there are 120 crop tiles before sprinklers or other placed objects take up space.
A Quality Sprinkler waters the eight tiles around it in a 3 × 3 ring. Its own tile is occupied by the sprinkler and is not a crop spot.
An Iridium Sprinkler waters the 24 surrounding tiles in a 5 × 5 ring. Tiles outside the Greenhouse or occupied by another object do not become crop spots.
A Pressure Nozzle expands the sprinkler footprint by one tile on each side. The planner recalculates the in-bounds coverage for the selected sprinkler type.
It is a deterministic high-coverage starting layout for the fixed 10 × 12 grid, not a proof of a global optimum for every path, tree, or building preference. Every tile remains editable.
Not yet. It focuses on sprinkler coverage and keeps crop, path, Junimo Chest, and fruit-tree placement visible as future layout decisions instead of pretending they are already optimized.
